(January 6, 1944 – June 7, 2020)

My father loved ice cream, specifically soft serve and more specifically a Dairy Queen Blizzard. He ordered up his own concoction and the people that worked at the DQ that he frequented knew his special recipe. Butterfinger Blizzard with strawberry sauce and pecans. Everytime I see a Dairy Queen I can’t help but think of my dad and his insatiable sweet tooth!
